I happened to get a small force with warriors of chaos while buying Old skeletons for my Vampire counts army on Ebay, instead of doing the most wise decision and store them for later so they wont disturb my focus on the models that arent finished I started imagining having myself an Ice theme army, Chaos warriors with armour made of Ice, Pelt covered marauders from the cold north, Chariots converted to sleds and so on.
